From 635 East bound:
Golden Lotus Clinic is located on a small road (that has no name) just off of Forest Lane across from QT between the budget hotel and storage facility. From 635, cross over highway and make your first left turn in. Go one block and you will see
a professional building numbered #9535 on your right. If you are coming on a Saturday, side entrance on the right of the building will be locked. Please take the main entrance and I am on the second floor, on the very right extreme of the building. If coming before 6 pm on week days, you may enter the very right side of the building on a path that leads to stairs and double doors from the parking lot. The elevator will take you the second floor. Exit left, then a quick right,
room #287 will be the 3rd door on the left.
